Data that you allow us to access via our App or the weblink provided to you is historical only. We do not retain access to the profiles you permit on an ongoing basis, and your account login details are not stored by digital i.
We do not use 'special category' personal data in our analytics, or draw inferences relating to those categories from your access to any content.
We may process your personal data for additional compatible or other lawful purposes where this legally permissible. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. We may receive limited information from third parties in connection with your participation in panel research and your decision to connect a streaming account.
This includes the pseudonymous identifier and related link parameters assigned by your Panel provider through the weblink provided to you. Digital i has no way of identifying you from that link alone and is contractually restricted from attempting to do so.
If you choose to connect a streaming account and provide your consent, we also access historical account, profile, and viewing information made available through that connected account. We do not store your streaming login credentials.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
We share research outputs with our clients, primarily in aggregated form. In some cases this may include pseudonymous platform account unique identifiers; these would only be identifiable if the relevant platform provider links that identifier back to you within its own systems.
In the event of a sale or transfer of the company, we may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
